48-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy

Most activities booked through Best of Maui Activities generally follow a 48-hour cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure to receive a full refund (some listings will show a different specified timeline).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure may be non-refundable.
• Certain activities have their own cancellation terms; these are displayed on the activity page and on your voucher.

By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept the applicable cancellation and refund policy. The exact policy version, date, and time of your acknowledgement will be recorded with your booking.

To cancel or modify your reservation, call or text us at 808-707-7260. Our agents are available Monday–Saturday, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. H.S.T. If you contact us outside those hours, please leave a text or voicemail — we monitor both regularly and will process requests as soon as possible.

Please note: refunds for cancellations submitted by voicemail, email, or text can only be confirmed after an agent has processed the request with the vendor(s).

Refunds are not issued for:

• NO-SHOWS
• LATE ARRIVALS
